RoyalCert provides Independent Audit service with 30 Auditors authorized by Public Monitoring, Accounting and Audit Standards Authority (KGK) and its offices in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Denizli, Antalya, Kayseri, Gaziantep and Nevsehir.
We provide independent auditing services on financial statements prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), generally accepted accounting and reporting standards in USA (US GAAP), Turkish Financial Reporting Standards/ Turkish Accounting Standards (TFRS/TMS) adopted by Capital Market Board (SPK) and applied to companies that are subject to independent auditing pursuant to Turkish Commercial Code and accounting principles published by the relevant market regulators for various sectors.
Our independent auditing services also involve monitoring of changes in the local and international accounting practices and regulations and regular and continuous support services provided to clients on these matters.
